At IBM Social Business’s #NewWayToEngage event in San Diego a few months back, I had the opportunity to deliver an Ignite Talk alongside a number of other VIP Influencers. A 5-minute talk consisting of 20 slides which automatically change every 15 seconds, I chose to focus my talk on the marketing aspects of how brands successfully engage. In a whirlwind tour of clever and humorous examples, I demonstrate that regardless of technology, it’s ultimately great storytelling that is memorable and gets the job done.
