When choosing a primary social media platform, no two individuals or brands are going to have the same experience. We all vary in how useful we find each site. It think it’s important that use of social media be both effective and engaging. For me, that means that I have to be able to have a community that speaks to me and that I have to enjoy the platform. Even though I literally wrote the book on Twitter, I have found Facebook to be a more engaging platform for me personally.
